Abbreviated Theatre Review: “Jewtopia” at Theatre on the Square

I have been sick and I have had some big challenges at my day job and in my personal life, all of which are probably related, and all of which, combined, have made it difficult for me to juice up for blogging. I hope this is a temporary situation because a) if not, the theatre reviews blog that I have devoted two years of my life to is shot to hell and b) feeling like a dessicated skeleton of a writer just…sucks.
Also, I hate having to resort to melodrama just to get a post up.
But for right now, here’s the best I can do:
I saw the opening night of “Jewtopia” a couple weekends ago with my friend Adrienne and had a wonderful time. This is a flawed but fun show. If you are Jewish – or if you are not Jewish but you take a Jewish friend with you – I bet you will laugh a lot.
“Jewtopia” runs through January 2, 2010 at Theatre on the Square. Order tickets online or call the Box Office at 317-685-TOTS (8687).

Good to see you back.
December 21st, 2009 at 6:46 pmThanks, Jim. I don’t know that I am, actually, fully “back” in terms of writing reviews, but I’m writing SOMETHING and I guess that’s better than nothing. Anyway, thanks for reading!
