I am especially appreciative of your notes about the veterans as I wanted them to feel appreciated. I will be telling it around the state of Indiana now and I hope for many more veterans in the crowd. I did try to make my comments about the current war non-judgemental. Not an easy thing to do, but how could I conclude and not mention that we are currently at war in two countries? Sometimes I say "oral tradition storytelling" to help differentiate it in conversation. However, I wanted to include storytelling reviews in my blog and "performance art" included too many other things (dance, music concerts, etc.) for me, so I lumped storytelling under theatre as a way of emphasizing the performance aspect of it.
